Version 1.1 | Last updated: October 26, 2025

Welcome

Thank you for choosing Easy Call And Answer (hereinafter: “the App”, “we”, “us”). Your privacy is important to us, and therefore we detail below which data are required to operate the App, how they are used, and your rights.

The App may be free to download and may include a limited free trial period. After this trial, continued use may require a paid subscription or a one-time in-app purchase processed via Google Play Billing. All applicable terms (price, duration, renewal, and cancellation) are clearly presented in the App before any payment is requested. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time via your Google Play account settings.

1. Data Collected and Requested Permissions

The App does not collect or store personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers on external servers. For its basic functionality, it requests the following permissions on your device:

Sensitive permissions disclosure: The App’s use of the Call Log permission is strictly limited to showing your recent calls inside the App and enabling quick actions (e.g., redial). Call log data never leaves your device, is not uploaded to external servers, and is not used for advertising or profiling.

The App does not record phone calls, capture call audio, or transcribe conversations. It also does not access the content of SMS/MMS messages.

All accessed data remain strictly on your device and are not transmitted or stored externally.

2. Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)

To enhance stability, the App uses Firebase Crashlytics by Google. When a crash occurs, anonymized technical data are sent to Google, including:

No personally identifiable information is included. Data are retained for up to 90 days and processed in accordance with Firebase’s privacy policy (see: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy).

3. How We Use the Data

The App does not use any data for advertising, marketing, or user profiling.

4. Sharing of Information

The App does not share, sell or distribute personal information. The only data shared externally are anonymized crash reports sent to Google as detailed in section 2.

5. Data Security

6. Your Rights

Under applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you are entitled to:

Since we do not maintain a database of PII, most requests will be acknowledged by stating that we do not retain such information. You may contact us as outlined in section 11 to exercise your rights.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for adults and is not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. If we become aware that data from a child under 16 has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

8. International Data Transfers

Crash report data collected by Firebase Crashlytics may be processed in the United States or other countries under Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

9. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally. In the event of material changes, we will notify users within the App and update the “Last updated” date accordingly.

10. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer additional features or continued access through in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Google Play Billing.

When applicable, a free trial period is offered before any charges occur. Prior to purchase, the App clearly displays all terms, including price, billing period, auto-renewal status, and how to cancel. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via your Google Play account settings.

Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store payment card numbers or other payment credentials.
